I really wish I had read DeAnna's review before I bought the Living Social voucher here. I have LITERALLY called over 20 times and only talked to her once. But as soon as she found out that I had a Living Social voucher, she directed me to her online form. She assured me that she would get back to me right away (even though I should add she was super rude on the phone). Ha. Three online forms later and countless voicemails, I'm still waiting to hear back from Chandra Wilson. And I'm furious that I spent $90 on a service I will obviously never get. Don't go to this place. I purchased an eyelash extension service through LivingSocial. I finally had an excuse to use it and called to set up an appointment before the deal expired. Six days, four calls, and one impromptu visit (to a closed salon at 2:30 PM on a work day for other salons) I finally received a call back...at 9:20 PM. The woman was very unprofessional and made every excuse why she didn't call me back and couldn't do my eyelashes for several more weeks. At this point, I was willing to work with her schedule. However, as soon as she found out that my offer had expired while waiting for her to return my call, she basically said it was my fault for not contacting...read full review
