Owner Lauren Boyd's talents exceed the 5-star rating system. 10 ⭐️s! Foundation on point, unique artistic vision executed with expertise. I love that she's outspoken about her perspective & experience as a Black woman entrepreneur. Everything she creates is infused with pride & love for the culture.Her tone/communication can throw you off sometimes cuz she's pretty blunt & has a lot on her plate to manage as a shop owner *and* nail service provider: try not to take it personally. Ladies are so talented however I can no longer get appointments to continue to support this black business, they're either booked months in advance and when the day arrives the appt end up being cancelled less than 24 hrs, only preferred clients have appts, all artwork is done freestyle, they keep up to date with proper nail care, these ladies rock with skill except their "bad day, dont want to be bothered, mean girl" attitudes and lack of time consideration, waits were 30 minutes or more (worse day 1 hour 24 min wait)to be appt only. found someone better~

I love Nail Graffiti...Erin and Lauren are the best at what they do...I'm never disappointed when I go...whatever you want, they can do...professional and friendly environment...
