Alexander Brothers Marble

I used Alexander Brothers to do my kitchen and had a very good experience so last year when we added a master suite I overrode my contractor and insisted that Alexander Brothers do the bathroom. I purchased all the marble from them and they did a cosmetically beautiful job but within a few months a crack had opened up at a major grout joint. They came back and repaired it but when months later it happened again along a much larger area and my marble began to turn gray along with a serious mildew odor I asked them to come back to assess the situation. UPDATE-My repairs were completed and my entire granite countertop was cleaned and resealed 3 weeks ago!! I am updating my review to reflect the excellent customer service that I received recently! Thank you Alexander Brothers and both Jeff's!! I would give 5 stars for excellent service, installation and products. However, I had a couple of chips we caused and wanted to get them repaired, plus getting my granite resealed in areas that do not appear to have been sealed properly. Getting them out after installation is impossible! I have been patiently waiting and calling for over 5 months now. They show no interest in helping me. It's a real shame.
