Hours are too short. Customer should be able to get order status by auto phone instead of talking to a live person and waiting all day to do that just to order supplies/check in order. Tried website, but defaults to computer password which is difficult to remember. Tried using my own....never did get this accomplished. I am looking for another supplier. Tried to change rating to 2 Stars.
