We just had our first really BIG rainstorm since BWS came in to fix our problem. Our crawl space, which previously had 6 inches of water over the summer, is bone dry. Our garage, which previously had a river going through it during rainstorms is also bone dry as well. They also eliminated the seepage problems we had at the sides of the garage. Highly recommended and competent.
Great experience with Barrier Waterproofing. Hardly knew they were here. Little to no mess; worked quickly. And my crawl space has remained dry, even after heavy rains. Highly recommend.
Although our water intrusion problem was not serious, we wanted to correct it in a way that would restore and exceed common construction standards. After much research, we discovered that most waterproofing companies don't offer a complete outside solution which prevents water from entering the structure, rather than removing water from inside. One of the companies we talked to recommended Barrier saying "they do it right." We then contacted Barrier who provided a proposal that we had reviewed by a geologic engineer friend who confirmed the plan. Our project was completed six years ago and we have not seen any signs of water intrusion since then.
