This morning I went into Cost cutters for a normal haircut. Not ONLY did I get an AMAZING haircut, but truly had a FANTASTIC experience all do to Suzann T! She was SO kind and so great to talk to! This is the level of customer service skills I believe ALL employees should have to help the brand!! It certainly created a whole new loyalty to the brand for me!Service: Hairstyling

I want to express how grateful I am to Suzann for the wonderful job she did on my hair. My hair was really dark, due to covering up a hair color mistake. She explained to me what she needed to do to fix the problem, she was very careful not to dry out my hair, she worked on my hair for hours and I ended up with a great color with a few highlights.
