We went in on a mission for men’s shorts. The employee (super tall man) in the men’s department was very friendly and helpful. We were shown several options and had friendly banter while checking out. Forgetting items while traveling is frustrating so a positive experience when replacing items is appreciated. Have a 4 rather than 5 because no other associates greeted us as we walked throughout.

I shop at Dillard's for men's tailored clothing. At this particular store, in the men's department is amazing gentleman named Ken Gilbert. He knows his craft and his product, and waits on you like an old fashioned clothier. In my review, if I could give him 10 stars, he'd earned all of them. So you ask why a 4 star review? Dillard's men's department is a little too traditional and not fashion forward enough for my taste. Some might think that's odd, given much of my taste is quite traditional in some areas, but in clothes, like many other areas of my life, I'm complicated... Mark the sales associate is the shoe guru everyone needs. As well as gentleman that helps upstairs but I did not catch his name. He gladly helped me pick out my last minute outfit for an anniversary. Both provide great customer service
