Felt inclined to leave a review because this facility has been awesome for my family for the past two years. We moved to Premier Medical Group from Rainbow Kids Clinic, and everything has been fantastic. The front desk attendees are always helpful, friendly and quick, we've never waited longer than 10 minutes for an appointment, and the waiting rooms are spacious and clean. They also have a nursing room in the main waiting room, which was a god-send for me when I had to take my infant in for her well visits. This was my first time using the same day clinc. It was very convenient for me to make an appointment when my PCP is not available. I seen Aaron Pitts, NP. He was kind and was able to explain what was going on. However his CMA was very reluctant to swab my nostrils and throat due to my symptoms. I understand that not wanting to get sick, BUT PPE is provided for a reason and this is apaet of your job duties.Other strep, COVID, and flu swabs I have gotten with my PCP and his staff have always been wet/ moist. I was bit by a recluse spider and area concerned me where I was bit - I saw Lindsey Bailey and she was awesome! She was very caring and took care of the area and explained everything thoroughly! One of the best!! My primary Dr Sherley is amazing also!
