It’s really surprising to me that an oil change would be as pleasant an experience as it was today, but the staff at this Jiffy Lube are very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I used to go to Valvoline or my dealership to get an oil change, but they couldn’t compare to the quality of service I got at this Jiffy Lube. They have reasonable pricing for the service they provide, and offer discounts for loyal customers. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable, and the service is fast enough to where you don’t feel like you’re stuck there. They have some Good Samaritans here. I felt like they actually cared about me which is strange to feel when you’re just looking for a quick tire patch. I will come here from now on. Everyone was great and Troy was especially kind.

No appointment, incredibly fast. The staff was really friendly especially when I was clueless about details of my vehicle. What kind of oil do I want? No clue. Did I know there was nitrogen in my tires rather than air and do I want to stick with that? No clue. They took great care of both me and my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend.
