Highly recommend PC Place! Every time I have gone I have not been disappointed but my most recent experience was exceptional. My son was having some issues with tech stuff that were beyond my capabilities to assist with. When we came in with some questions the young man that helped us was amazing with my son and offered for him to bring in his equipment to help him figure out the problem. When we came back he really took the time to explain things to my son in a way that made sense to him. We did not feel like a burden or patronized like some tech shops can make people feel. The price is always reasonable and the customer service has always been great.

They take thier time, which to some might be a downfall, but they are thorough in their work which was greatly appreciated. They cleaned my laptop and didn't need to replace my keyboard which was awesome. They're reasonable, kind and took great care of my computer.

Very helpful and knowledgable responses. Gave a number of solutions to my problem, and checked out fastest way to possibly solve. An underused source of help for computing issues .... and one I will use more in the future. Excellent service!!
