Amazing team at LG! Love the space and the staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. I always feel comfortable going into LG. They are attentive to all my fitness and health goals.
I did the group classes at LG and they were great. The classes were fun and challenging for any level of fitness. During my workouts at LG I was in the best shape I have been in for years. They help my conditioning, endurance and helped build muscle. I would recommend a class at LG to anyone.
