A new found love for chiropractic adjustments.I'm an athlete, I lift heavy things as a hobby.I'm also a massage therapist so getting an adjustment wasn't in my regime.I've been strictly bodywork untill I gave mike and Ms wooten a visit .My deadlifts have been painfull, very fatigued after a few sets which I knew wasn't normal. About half a year it's been like this I just figured I was broken , torn muscle or tendon . Had the adjustment and it was so quick compared to massage I didnt really feel much of anything in my lower back. I'm in the gym and just did 5 sets of deadlifts with no problem!! my original issue is my hip is slightly out of place which will take a couple...read full review
