My d16y8 blew the headgasket someone informed me that exhaust was getting in combustion chamber and the head is probably not true to the block so off to the machine shop we go Dave and Krista where up front on what it could cost and what it will cost depending on if I need extra work Dave leak tested dye tested and decked the head for the original price which i was super happy about because I just bought the car and because I forgot to check fluid levels bang overheated and blew the headgasket the work looks amazing plz if u need machine shop go see Dave and Krista and when they go above and beyond show some ❤️ love with a 5 star review great work and hard...read full review

Dave and the team took such good care of me, I brought them my cylinder head for my 1.8t vw and they rebuilt the head correctly and in a very fast time frame and it was very reasonable $$$ the customer service was impressive as well I wish I could give them 10 stars, I’m not from around this area but when if I am they are the only shop I will being going to for anything !!!! GREAT JOB
