I would be careful with using this company. I'm not sure they understand customer service at all. To be fair, a lady I spoke with at their office was really helpful and pleasant. The owner, however, was very different. His tone was irritated and he spoke about how busy he was when I called to get something scheduled - which is understandable as I'm sure he has alot of work on his plate but you don't pass that on to the customer.Twice I had to call him back after he told me he would call me back to get scheduled. This gives the message that you really don't want my business and should have been a sign that I should go elsewhere. His employees were late to the service call...read full review
