    I had another positive experience with Blossman Gas and have been a customer of theirs for the last 16 years.My on-demand hot water heater ( which I had purchased from Blossman Gas a few years back) was having a performance problem. I called Blossman and spoke with Lynn in their office. She couldn't have been any nicer and helpful. She then had Michael Beck ( their Service Manager) contact me to determine the fix. Michael was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in addressing this challenge. He came out personally on the service call and quickly corrected the issue.I was back up and running in no time !This has been my consistent experience with Blossman Gas....read full review

    Service technician called to verify arrival time and was on time. I felt like he was very honest and proficient. Could have replaced a $300.00 part but he was honest enough to clean the existing one and our starter worked fine. Quick service and gave suggestions that will save us money in the futureThanks for the great service!

    The delivery and service personnel are very reliable and courteous. They go beyond when needed. Chad the delivery tech diagnosed a leak and called it in to Service Mgr Mike who quickly coordinated service tech Mike to get it located and fixed. The office personnel try to be helpful with service needs but need to stay in their lane for admin.Overall Blossman is a good company but Gas leaks are not to be handled and diagnosed by office folks. We lived with a leak to long with wrong advise. Make sure the service department gets the call.
