I switched to this office 2 years ago and I cannot be happier. Courtney and Alex are absolutely amazing. They are both so caring and easy to talk to. I have never had issues with scheduling an appointment, or with the front staff either. At My previous doctor's office, I would have to wait sometimes an hour after my appointment to be seen. At Bournemouth family medicine they get me back when on scheduled.
Courtney and Alex are great, really nice and attentive, and if I ever need anything or have to leave Alex a voicemail she gets back to me by the next day, which surprised me at first. Always a pleasant visit.
I love my doctor. Dr. Courtney Hutton is the best. I love the way she shows her concern about what's going on with ALL her clients. The workers there are very nice and always have smiles on their faces. I just Love my Barwell family practice.
