I had a great experience with Justin - he was attentive and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. There was a mixup where they thought the car included something and it didn’t so they ended up giving me a better deal which I was pleased with. Ernst was great as well and helped me with the financing. They gave me a good price on my trade. Overall an excellent experience!

The heart of a dealership is the service department. You will interact with them more than your salesperson. Our entire family has used Honda Vaudreuil’s service for over a decade and always felt well cared for. We’ve bought several Hondas from this dealer as a result of the excellent service and most recently our daughter would have her subaru serviced there. To illustrate a point her subaru was past it’s useable life and rather than offering her to perform useless repairs Chris had “the talk” with her and offered to let her keep the car there for a few days until she figured out if she’d sell/scrap etc…. They also adjusted her bill as a goodwill...read full review
