Really impressed with their service. It was a first visit for me but I am a regular at audiologist clinics (25 years old). It is said of me that I am particular when it comes time to program my devices. I thought I would have difficulty getting served since I am from another province and it was December 31st. I must admit that the orthoprosthetist was very honest in telling me that he was not a specialist in my old device and that he did not often work with Phonac. He rose to the challenge brilliantly.
