I don’t understand all negative comments. I just had a very good experiences with StatCare, from booking a walk in up to consultation with the doctor.It took me 40min of waiting to talk to the receptionist (or nurse?) and obtain the appointment. Receptionist = 5*Appointment day = nurse Linda, very, very nice! 7*Dr AG = very nice, thorough! 7*Everyone, receptionist, nurses all very respectful, in a good mood. Maybe today is a quiet day?Maybe I’m lucky! So, If needed, try StatCare, don’t be afraid of all very negative comments.

Today was a win, I guess sometimes we just get lucky...Call at 6h59 am everyone you will get a hold of the receptionist to book and appointment and if u are waiting on hold more than 30 mins you must demande a appointment for the same day or next morning. ? althoughi must say the doctor does not take his time with his patience and cuts you off ..we aren't doctors ofcourse our questions might sound uneducated because we have no idea but please be patient and I acually got a smile from receptionist this morning. ?

I wish I could give them less than 1star but snce there is no other option, I had to put 1.I was informed to call at 7am to book an appointment, which I did the following day.I called at 7:00 am, the automated message said the clinic is closed, followed by a message “all our lines are currently busy please call back later”I called 16 times in a row until I finally got through at 7:59 to be on hold for 25 minutes. A receptionist answered and told me that "there’s no room left for today" same message as the day before when I called. The system in this clinic is awful. They don't care about the patients nethier about any complaints. Hopefully, the medical director...read full review
