The delivery person was great and brought my package up the stairs right to my door, which is wonderful because most other delivery services either deliver to the wrong address entirely or they leave the package at a random other apartment near the porch. I'm very happy with Intercom!

Excellent customer service. I thought I was missing a delivery and called with my tracking number - they had delivered it and had it sorted in no time. It’s rare these days to get a real person on the phone who can quickly look it up & help. 10/10

I became aware of Intelcom after joining Amazon Prime, and have come to appreciate their outstanding service over the time I have had with the Amazon Prime family. I can always expect excellent, on time delivery with Intelcom.
