We worked with Jim California from Providence Engineering and our planning and permitting went as smoothly as you could ask for. Jim was up front about his fees which were very reasonable compared to the other structural engineers we had worked with in the past. Better still, the plan that Jim put together with us after his on site visit will completely transform our house and were approved without issues from State College Coding as well as from the Zoning and Planning folks. If you need a structural engineer I would definitely recommend these folks again.
