Mr. Long helped me out with my ADV bike seat issue. The OEM seating position was too far forward and too low and too firm. He kept the OEM look by re-using the cover, and added foam, a gel insert, and moved the sweet spot back a few inches back and a couple inches higher, in 2020. In 2022 I hit the road again, a 5,000 mile on/off (600 miles off) road trip including passes on the Colorado BDR. Unlike the last trip, I was 100% comfortable, including seven, 500+ mile days.
