Carl is very dependable and will always return your call. He is very informed and took time to explain and demonstrate the problem I had with my Stairlift, He corrected the problem in one day, I was very pleased with his service and I would highly recommend him and his company A+ Stairlifts.

We installed a stair lift with Carl back in 2017, when my dad turned 90. He wanted to stay in his house and the stairs to the basement posed a risk. Today, Carl came back to take the stairlift out after more than 6 years, as our father passed in February. He couldn’t have been nicer.This stairlift kept my dad in his home and kept him safe when he had to go up and down the steps. We’re so glad we did it. We probably should have insisted a few years earlier. Thank you to Carl and A+ for being so helpful, reliable and kind!
