I enjoy practicing yoga at Enso because of the unique combination of knowledgeable and friendly instructors, the welcoming members as well as the tranquil and clean environment the studio provides.

I have had a monthly membership in Enso for 3-4 years. I go twice a week to various classes. I get a great, low-impact workout and always feel better leaving than I did when I entered. I enjoy the variety of instructors and the calming environment. Give it a try!

I was a semi-serious belly dancer and runner, and when my dance instructor left the area, I was open to trying something new to stay in shape. I was surprised at how many muscles I felt after a yoga practice, and I was already in good shape! Adam, Gwen and all the instructors at Enso create a caring and welcoming space. The practices are great workouts as well as spiritually nourishing. Although practiced in a group, yoga is a very personal thing. I have practiced while injured, participating in a way that nourished my soul while not using my injured muscles. I do what I can and rest when I needed. Enso is a community.
