If I could give less stars I would. There property is so poorly managed I can't even begin. First off, when I came to my unit the stove was DENTED and they stated if I wanted it replaced I'd have to buy a new one myself. Secondly, I found a used weed pipe in the cupboards. So guess who did a full deep clean of the apartment. Next lets move onto how the ceilings of the unit are poorly fitted leaving gaps. How about how under the sink it lets a cold draft in allowing for more airflow than there should have been. 0/10, do not recommend this company to rent from. terrible customer service and extremely lazy/lacking when it comes to tenant safety and basic needs. not one of my neighbors had anything to say but negative comments about these people. they purposefully make things difficult to get the most money out of you. you’re better off renting a sewer pipe in the city than moving into one of their buildings.

I know 3 tenants and have spoken to a few neighbors because I was interested in renting. The maintenance workers have no idea how to fix anything and they use the cheapest materials. If your maintenance request is granted(most of the time not) you can expect it to be JerryRiged. The unit I looked at had cockroaches and they said that it was bug free that I must have brought them in on my shoes. Everyone I spoke to was rude as hell and I got so much attitude Everytime I pointed out something was wrong or damaged. Under a bridge downtown will be a step up for you. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
