Horrible horrible experience in the end. I was a customer for years for great lengths. Until some sort illness and memory issues set in. I was not informed until far to late of Marilyn's issues and it cost me a lot of money. Then I was treated even worse then I felt. By the way she ruined my hair. Do not let her any where near your hair if you care about it.
