Karen truly knows the gem and jewelry world and communicates the nuances and sublties in easily understood terms. She takes the time to truly get to know you well enough to guide you through decisions that make the process and resulting product truly enjoyable.
Great people, and more than fair. Whether you're buying or selling, jewelry or coins these are the people you want to deal with. In the few times I have done business with them they have always been honest, and friendly, and I make it a point to say hello every time I am at the market. I have shopped for jewelery in larger chain stores, and been given the friendly salesman approach before, but with Karen and Mike it's genuine and a real relationship/friendship is easily made with them.
