This was the first time I underwent a colonoscopy at this facility, was referred by my primary. The staff, from the reception desk to the 2 nurses, anesthesiologist & the Dr. Lee were professional, efficient, and friendly. The procedure took about an hour, 1 very small polyp removed. Took about a couple of hours for me to recover from the sedation. My body didn't like the PEG solution I had to drink the night before so I only drank 1/2 of 3 liters solution but I was cleaned out! They gave me instructions on what to eat & what to avoid via text about 3 days before. I forgot if I didn't provide an email since I'd prefer to read it in larger format. Amazing staff! This was my first colonoscopy, and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered. So competent, efficient and friendly. Office was clean and well-appointed, beautiful views of Riverbend campus from the waiting room.
