Took my motor home in for work on the vacuflush. On 4/12/22 we paid $2467 to get it repaired. The Vacuflush was still not turning off. Took it back on 5/19/22 and paid another $507. Still having problems. Took it in again and said they said there was nothing they could do, but wanted to charge another $256. I said I felt like I was getting screwed and the man behind the counter went ballistic, slammed keys on counter and said “get the hell out of here. “ Avoid this place like the plague.
We were traveling. Called a week ahead for a replacement of our black tank valve. We knew which day we would be passing through and wanted to wait while they did it as oppsed to dropping it off for the day..They shifted their schedule to give us a 10:00 am appointment. Did a good job, and also found a small problem where some screws on our lower sidewall had broken. Quickly repaired that also. Reasonable charge!
We have used Twisted Trailer service for our horse trailer: wiring repair, safety check (they noticed we had old tires and recommended a tire company consult...saving us a possible tragedy far from home). We used them for water heater repair, water filter replacement, propane fill, safety check and all systems working check on our Eagle Cap Camper. They had reasonable pricing, met their time required estimates and always had a smile on their face. We would highly recommend this company.
