Tony was my contact person and he did a fantastic job for us. His team did a complete large home plumbing job and it turned out great. Super wonderful on the communications, always on time and the guys were always friendly. Really good guys that did top notch work. Price was in line for the amount of work. Yes, you might find cheaper plumbers, but having someone you can trust and that will stand behind the work is well worth a little more. I would highly recommend them. You will not find better communications from a plumbing company too. Email and text updates letting you know exactly who is showing up at your home. They always answered the phone when I called. We have had excellent experiences with Forbes. We had a major hot water leak which caused alot of damage under our house. They came out quickly and fixed our leak no problem. The staff is helpful and encouraging. The plumbers are knowledgeable, efficient and professional. After our first experience we have had them out twice more for other jobs and are just as happy with each plumber we have had. We asked for help with a big project and they sent an inspector/problem solver who inspected all our pipes and helped us come up with a reasonable plan to proceed including up-to-date info on new technology that could really help our situation. Huggy and Dave were two professional and friendly individuals. It seems as though lately we have been dealing with a lot of skilled technicians in our home and was hesitant to reach out to another company, however Huggy and Dave came in with a positive attitude and did a great job on the repairs.
