I have utilize the services asurent properties for almost 2 years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They work hard to keep my rentals filled. They take good care of my tenants when I'm out of town and their accounting system is second to none

I've been renting my house out through Asurent for 6 years and am happy we chose them. I moved to Northern Oregon for work and rented out my house on my own to a "friend" who couldn't make all his monthly payments and left my house trashed. After having to drive 4.5 hours a few times to clean up and fix problems, we decided we didn't have time to manage our house on our own. We interviewed with a few property management companies and, Asurent was the only company that seemed like they cared about their reputation and providing the services they offer. Lisa has been really easy to work with on all projects. She also has found some great properties for some friends and also taken care of me and my friends if you want a great property management company please give them a call you won’t be disappointed.
