Haven't bought anything, but over the week have been dealing with Alicia on getting material to refurbish my canoe. She has givin me so much information and assistance on what I need to do. Can't say anything about the sales side but I can only assume they are just as good as the repair and parts team. I'll definitely be contacting again for any canoe needs.

Just had a repair done at the Swift Factory to my Prospector Combi 15. Alicia went above and beyond to facilitate me and had me and my kids back on the water well before schedule.Customer service was simply amazing.Thanks Swift(and Alicia.)

Purchased a canoe from here recently after talking with both Caleb and Bob we made the drive down confidently. They answered so many questions over the phone over multiple calls and always were polite and informative! We walked away with a barely used canoe that is a great fit for our family. They worked within our budget and didn't try to up sale me on all the bells and whistles I wouldn't need. We even managed to run into Bill Swift (the face behind Swift Canoes) and he was extremely friendly. Despite all the CoVID restrictions everyone maintained a safe distance and was very respectful while we were shopping.
