Mike helped me search and apply for the perfect appartment in downtown Toronto to rent. He clearly explained the proccess of everything and made sure I understood everything required. He was always quick getting back to me and booking showings, which is important as listings go so quickly! Overall he is a very positive person and great real estate agent
From the moment Michael pickup up the phone to the moment of signing our lease agreement, the process was smooth and easy. He was one and only realtor who actually cared and showed all of the amenities of our condo in detail. He made sure everything was done on time and at the highest level possible.
