I go here often and it's usually okay if you get a chance and call same day for your appointment- they can usually get you in. Walk ins are welcome and they are honest about the wait whether you have an appointment or not. One day my tech ran late and the owner told me twice she was sorry and it was only 15 minutes. I appreciated her kind words.
