I have been going for years. This studio always maintains a great teaching staff. They are highly knowledgeable and great about guiding you to greater strength without injury, which is crucial for me.
I just completed training with this studio and believe me when I say it would be one of the best choices you make with Yoga Life! I chose to make the drive to Norman (while living on the border of north OKC & Edmond) and it was worth it. This is "real yoga" for REAL PEOPLE! All levels are welcome, you don't have to practice a certain religion to attend or be the ideal "yogi". It isn't intimidating and very affordable. If you are looking to start a yoga practice inside Norman city limits or otherwise. This Oklahoma studio is phenomenal.
