I just recently switched to Soonercare and moved to Midwest City (full-time student). I don't have the best luck with doctors. I was nervous. This was one of the best PCP visits I've EVER had.The office staff and nurses I dealt with wera bit grumpy but still very kind and patient. There was a new nurse training who was SO sweet. But the best thing was my doctor. ---I saw Dr. Brown. He was SO kind and had the most impeccable bedside manner. He spent so much time being extremely thorough. He approached sensitive subjects with understanding and kindness. I called and spoke to the receptionist and found out that I had to change my primary Care through Sooner Care office. I did that. I called back and this isn't the first time the receptionist continues to just hang up on people. If she doesn't like her job or isn't a people person she needs to find another job. She playing with peoples health, their life. Please fix this.

Very pleased with the level of professionalism of the entire staff. My doctor was very thorough and gave me plenty of time to discuss my medical issues. Highly recommend if you are seeking a new medical team!
