Love this gym. It's got a surprisingly large variety of equipment, more options than many larger gyms in bigger cities. It's also got the mix and match equipment which I love. It doesn't look as sharp but each brand makes certain things better. There's a separate area for stretching and warming up and it's never overly crowded so you're not waiting around for a piece of equipment. Also, the staff is super nice. Only issue I have is no chalk. 10/10 recommend tho if you're looking to get a pump in the Grove area
I love this gym. Great equipment, nice people, helpful staff. Wonderful place to work out or blow off steam. My absolute only complaints are is if feels a little small and the parking lot is a little weird but those are so small that they barely register.
A gym for those who like to actually workout at the gym, if you are one who likes to talk and screw around at the gym it's not for you. A lot of new equipment and ample amounts of weights. Love this place! Really nice and great staff plus the hours are great 3am-11pm fwi
