2015 has arrived, let me share some statistics: would you be surprised that 2014's top New Year resolution was getting in shape. Only 8% are successful in achieving their resolution. I've been a student of Krav Maga at Dojo 3 in Edmond, OK. The environment is very friendly. That is created by our great instructor Volney Cothran, who is very personal, knowledgeable and has the passion to teach. Join Dojo 3, they offer different martial arts disciplines for all ages and fitness classes for a successful New Year's resolution.

I have taken a few Krav Maga lessons here, ongoing. I find Volney and Charlie to be energetic, engaged, experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. I have learned a lot, and have much more to learn and am enjoying the experience.

We just had my 7yr old's birthday party at Dojo 3 with 18 other kids (boys and girls), ages 2.5 to 9 and we could not be happier with the experience. Mr. Cothran and Tracy were absolutely fabulous and engaged with the kids 100% of the time. The Ninja Assault course and foam weapons training were just awesome. All the kids had an absolute blast and the parents all commented on how great the party was. I'd also recommend spending the extra $10 on the pinata, with the way they have it set up, you won't be disappointed.
