Customer service is really good at explaining their fees and what the prices include. So there’s no surprises.Their website is very user friendly, easy to order and to understand their services. Fastest delivery I’ve seen!
Fastest delivery in Cincinnati for sure.Their customer rep explains everything thoroughly. They were able to get my delivery the next day and pick up next day after I notified them. Never seen a service that fast in the area. Prices are competitive but I would rather pay a lil more for a faster delivery than wait 3-5 days.
I was beyond impressed with the quality and customer service you all have provided. I called on short notice and was immediately helped with compassion and quick delivery. I was able to clean out my residence and have the dumpster picked. The person that came out to pick up the dumpster (James) was professional and efficient in his duties. Overall, my personal experience with Silverback Haulers was phenomenal. I would recommend their services to my friends and family in a heartbeat.-One happy customer
