Great tech but $160 after they found out the problem was just a lose fuse for my box. $160 just to tighten the fuse. Ridiculous after saying it was a free diagnostic but before he started he said it’s 160 to check. Insane i will never call this place again for another problem. If I knew it was 160 before hand I would of told Wilson electric to come out for $75 diagnostic test

We were scheduled to have our electric in kitchen completed, I called on a Monday and they scheduled me for that Friday between 3-5. I took a half day at work to be available. They called me and rescheduled me for the following Wednesday between 5-7pm because their technicians were tied up the rest of the day and wouldn't make it out. Come 8pm on Wednesday i call because I still had not heard from anyone and was requested to reschedule again because their technicians were tied up again. Do not recommend as this has shown they are not reliable

If I could rate you a zero star I would this company is completely unreliable! Scheduled a week ahead of time can got a call less than hour ahead of time and got rescheduled for the following week. THEN my 5-7 appointment i heard nothing called at 630 was told I was the next appointment in line for the tech and still heard nothing and called again at 8 and was told that they can't help theyre busy!? This is easily the WORST experience after rearranging our schedule this week and taking a half day off work last week this has got to be the most unprofessional joke of a company I've attempted to work with.
