I always have a pleasant experience when I go. They are very reassuring and help ease your fears. They are also friendly and personable. The new sign in procedure is harder for the older adults to understand and I've had to help some frequently as I was sitting there waiting to go back. They might need someone at the desk to ensure the older folks are getting taken care of and getting questions answered when logging in.
Had paperwork from Cleveland clinic which was a little different from normal. Girl at front desk put no effort in to process it. The girl who drew the blood took care of it. Had to return today with same paperwork due to some confusion at Cleveland. Just wanted to know of it was the same orders as last week. Two girls at front desk put no effort in to helping me. Left pissed. Looks like back to premier or Kettering .
