Hot Yoga Escape is a wonderful yoga studio! I have tried almost all of the classes and been taught by most of the instructors since starting in June. I can't say enough about what a wonderful and caring environment it is to learn and practice yoga. The instructors do a fabulous job of modifying for all experience levels and making everyone feel welcome. They are all such lovely people and good teachers. I never thought I'd be able handle the hot room but it was not an issue. My body craves it now, and I am so much healthier!
HYE is a great place to meet other yogi's and get a fabulous workout!! They have a great variety of classes and the instructors are very knowledgeable and very friendly!! HYE will not disappoint, come try it out!!
Hot Yoga Escape provides a great workout! - whatever a great workout is to you - HYE can offer modifications to meet you where you are in your practice! The variety of classes offered allows you to workout everyday without getting bored doing the same thing over and over. Wonderful instructors and supportive members!
