Oh my goodness, the Decorative Arts Center of Ohio is a local treasure. I'm so happy I stumbled upon this place when visiting Lancaster.First of all: It's free! Admission is $0. Which is really cool, because that means that this awesome place is accessible to so many people. This museum is three floors of rotating exhibits. On the basement level, we walked through an exhibit dedicated to Highlights Magazine. As a magazine editor and lover of Highlights since I was about 6 years old, this exhibit delighted me immensely. The admission is free and donations are accepted in this wonderful museum that has different displays. I saw the Christmas artifacts of the past as well as the Distinctly Paramount Fashion & Costumes exhibit. Both were interesting and well done! I highly recommend visiting this museum.

It's a small museum, but they fill it as much as they can, and seem to change exhibits pretty regularly. It might be a little tricky to get around if you're disabled, but there is an elevator. There's also a gift shop.
