Their prices were good but when I went to pick up my dry cleaning, the place was closed although it was during their posted business hours. Had to call for a few days to make sure they were open.. I think they had staffing issues.. I had also asked them to ensure that collar stains and pit stains were removed on my dress shirts. They said that wouldn't be an issue when I dropped them off, however when I picked them up, I noticed one of the shirts didn't get the pit/deodorant stains removed. They just kind of brushed me off. Will not be returning.

Staff is great - when they are there. we are long time customers of the Hilliard location (years before they were 1/2 Price Cleaners) and three times now on a Saturday they've been closed when I arrive at least 30 mins after advertised opening at 9am.

Missing Shirt Since Aug 2021. The cleaner lost one of my shirt and the only reason I got all the time was they were short on staff.I did gave them some business. In terms of cleaning, they do some good job. But the business need to work on their management and customer service.
