Working with Ohio Property Group was a great experience. I paid approximately $700 for my listing (including expediting postings of my listing and new photos). For anyone who routinely uses computers, filling out the listing forms and uploading photos should be fairly simple. If you have questions, the staff usually responds the same day, but never later than the next day. Once I received offers, Glen took over and handled all the negotiations. Limited listing. Absolutely wonderful experience with Glen and his team. Extremely supportive throughout the ‘FSBO’ process. Very responsive to all of my newb questions. Extremely knowledgeable to answer those questions. Straight talk. Unparalleled humor through the whole process was icing on the cake!

I can't say enough good things about working with Glen and the Ohio Property Group. We listed our move-in ready home with them in April 2021, and w/in 4 days we were under contract for $24K above asking. Glen answered texts/e-mails promptly, including evenings and weekends, and his professional advice easily gained us $12K from the deal. Access to the ShowingTime app was a lifesaver for scheduling 40 showings in 3 days, which would have been a nightmare for us to manage without it.
