Clean facility, good price, great instructor. They gave me excellent tips in prenatal yoga. For never going to yoga before, this was an awesome experience and I will definitely be back.

I joined Lindsay G for a group barre class on Friday for her blogging group "Find Where You Fit," it was so much fun. I got out of my comfort zone maybe most of the time during the whole 60 minutes of barre. Lindsay G thank you so much for putting this event together. Both you and Allison rocked this class. Allison was our instructor and really good one. For a person with very little barre experience she made me feel super comfortable learning it with the small movements to the weights and barre itself.
