I have been going to this office since I was first prescribed glasses, but on my recent visit, one of the staff members showed their true colors. While my guardian signed me in, he asked a harmless question about my appointment but was met with vulgarity from one of the receptionists who asked, “Do you understand English?!” The receptionist had no manners whatsoever and was inconsiderate about the fact many people speak English as a second language. I’ll talk to my doctor later about this treatment as I didn’t want to make a scene since there was a line.
