BAD BAD EXPERIENCE. They lied about the pick up time, sent a partial rate confirmation cause they haven't checked pick up and delivery. Mid way to pick up they called off my driver saying the shipper can't load us - not knowing that I already called the shipper and got an OK to come in for loading(with the PU# broker provided). When confronted their agent Dan Furner turned the tables and started calling me a liar.Bottom line: wasted 2 hrs and fuel for 40 miles with no TONU from them

This people is a real joke. Booked a load for non working hours of a warehouse, and it made me wait 2 more days during 90 degree days with -10 degree load. When I called them next Monday, and said what happened, broker Dan accused me lying and literally said bla-bla-bla in singing tone and hung up on me. I've never seen this kind of communication in my life before. Best word for this people is unprofessional and funny. Stay way

I found them to be Very professional, I had to confirm my dot # Trucking name. Type of trailer. The day before I picked up their load . as a driver . . I appreciated receiving my load .assignment info... Via texts messaging .
