I have been president of our building's board for ten years and have worked with Nancy Candelario of NMC Management for all of that time. She and her assistants have been reliable with the nuts and bolts of building management. Nancy is responsive, proactive, efficient and has good people skills. She is appreciated by residents. She has been on top of updating tech tools and software. She has hired a great staff for our building, and we've experienced a low turnover rate. Nancy and the NMC team could not be better property managers. She is extremely responsive (given the speed with which she answers emails, I wonder when she sleeps), diligent, and thoughtful. We have been both renters and owners in the same NMC-managed building, and she is a total professional.
