I’m extremely grateful for The Yoga People. I started my Yoga journey 8 months ago and have gained so much from these amazing classes, teachers and community. There is truly something perfect for everyone here. Joining The Yoga People was a long over-due gift to myself!

I am so grateful Yoga People exists in Oneonta! There is really a class for everyone. The programming is thoughtful and inclusive and all the teachers are knowledgeable and welcoming. It is such a great source of community in a lovely space. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here regularly for almost a year. Fell in love with the warm and hot classes. There’s a great variety of classes for everyone and it wasn’t intimidating for me as a beginner to jump in knowing nothing about yoga. I recently realized how lucky we are to have this studio and the amazing teachers in Oneonta. I tried a few other places when out of town on vacations and it just made me miss home. Unsure why someone recently reviewed about the masks. I’ve been going for a year and there’s been no masks in any classes I’ve gone to.
